UN-CONDITIONAL

As I was passing the elephants, I suddenly stopped, confused by the fact
that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to
their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants
could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they
did not.

I saw a trainer near by and asked why these beautiful, magnificent animals
just stood there and made no attempt to get away.

"Well," he said, "when they are very young and much smaller we use the
same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it's enough to hold them. As
they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They
believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free."

I was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds
but because they believed they couldn't, they were stuck right where they
were .

Like the elephants, how many of us go through life hanging onto a belief
that we cannot do something, simply because we failed at it once before
AND then the problem lies how to change?


ALL PROBLEMS THAT ARISE HAVE A SOLUTION!!!!

THIS IS THE FIRST REALISATION THAT ONE HAS TO ACCEPT

the first step to solve a problem is to completely understand the
problem ...very often we fail to spend time with the questions and
directely jump into finding the answers

FIRST REALISE THE PROBLEM AND ACCEPT ITS SIGNIFICANCE

realise that this conditioning does not allow us
to grow , we can grow physically a s the elephants
but our minds fail to grow beyond these fixed conditions
that we have learened . the realisation is to be complete
, total from all our being and then some thing
changes immediately

THE REALISATION HELPS DESTROY THE OLD AND GIVE BIRTH TO NEW

all questions are like seeds, we have to be with
them and nourish them and then one day the seed
changes completely to give rise to something very new ,
the new life that has broken free of the old hard shell
.the question is destroyed and what
remains is the begginning of the answer

THE NEW REALISATION IS TO BE NOURISHED TO GROW INTO A FULL BLOWN SOLUTION

its the destruction of old that triggers
this growth of new , this requires constant
ATTENTION for its natural growth

IF WE DO NOT GIVE ADEQUATE ATTENTION THIS CAN GROW INTO ANOTHER QUESTION INSTEAD OF ANSWERING THE ORIGINAL QUESTION

well all of us do think this will be a
rather tedious and very demanding job and thus
we continue living as we are living and never try to break our chains
its because we think that we
cannot break the bonds , that we are unable to break them
YET BEWARE OF THE FALSE PROCESSES THAT APPEAR TO BE SYMBOLIC OF REBELLION BUT REALLY ARE GIVING NO FREEDOM FROM CONDITIONING
